2. Can I exchange my order if it is too small or too big, or if I just don't like it?
Of course you can, in accordance with our returns policy. At the time of ordering, please refer to our helpful sizing guide & if you are still unsure then please telephone us on 01244 400616 & we will be happy to provide measurements & additional assistance. IfÜyour item arrives & it doesn't fit then please just let us know & we can obtain a different size for you or arrange a refund on return of your purchase. 3. Will I receive my order safely?
We dispatch the majority of our UK, US, European & overseas orders using Royal Mail special delivery. This is a secure, fully tracked method of postage & delivery to UK addresses is normally within 2-3 days†and 7-10 days for the US. For further delivery information please refer to our shipping page.
